Hallo. My name is Ivana Svobodová.
I live in Olomouc where I work as a freelance translator, writer, and English teacher. As a native Czech speaker, I started to study English as my first foreign language and later added Spanish as a second foreign language. The language studies soon became my passion and I had lots of opportunities to practice my communication skills during my travels, studies, and work abroad.
After finishing grammar school, I decided to study English and Dutch at the Palacký University in Olomouc, Czech Republic, and graduated from the Master programme in 2006. My greatest hobbies are hiking, travelling, literature, drawing, and crafts, especially woodcarving.
